Our manager Steve Kish having a passion for real estate, has been involved with diverse real estate investing (using acquired knowledge and experience) to provide for ministry needs. The recent focus has been on transitional and emergency housing needs.
Steve has a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Steve previously worked in various corporate accounting positions, culminating in Internal Audit for a major defense contractor. Steve than left corporate America to be a multi-unit franchise owner to build experience in running smaller entities.
